World Diabetes Day was celebrated at Inamdar Unani Medical College and Hospital, Kalaburagi, Karnataka, on dated 14th November 2021 by students of BUMS 2nd year. The event was organized by department of Tahaffuzi wa Samaji tib under the guidance of Dr. N. Imtiyazi.
The theme for World Diabetes Day 2021-23 is
“Access to Diabetes Care – If Not Now, When?”
On this occasion different aspects of Diabetes Mellitus were discussed. Students use blue coloured dresses, circles and balloons as the theme required. Students also participated in photo session with blues circles, theme charts and balloon logo to spread awareness.
